What payment methods can I use to make my purchase? 
A: As we are in Brazil, we use PayPal as a payment method.

What is the shipping cost?
A: The shipping cost will be shown based on the purchase total and your location at checkout at the time before purchase. We usually work with fixed values for deliveries in the United States and Canada, except for framed works of art printed on canvas, in which case we usually deliver free of charge.

Where can I receive my order?
A: We ship in US and Canada.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?
A: Our delivery times are a little longer than usual because our products are made on demand, therefore, production starts after the order and payment, this is a way to avoid waste and be aligned with a more sustainable world. We estimate 1-3 days for production of your order, then another 1-3 days for delivery to the US and Canada.

What is the deadline for making an exchange?
A: If you regret your purchase, you have up to 7 days after purchase to request a refund.

What should I do if the product does not arrive in good condition?
​A: Please contact us immediately at contact@armazemroger.com, attach a photo and describe what type of damage or defect was identified. We analyze each case to better serve you.
